I have joined the guided to channeling group. I really love how it is presented. You have the option to read or listen to the lessons. The lessons are clear and simple to follow. I enjoy the chimes that are played in the background. It adds to the relaxing state you look for when connecting to your guides. I have added the water meditations to my morning spiritual practice, it really helps me expand my awareness. I have had success in meeting with several galactic beings. I am in the beginning stages of learning so I'm working on confidence. Since this experience started I have felt more peace and joy in my every day experiences.
